DEBBIE - Founder
Formally trained and apprenticed in the UK, Debbie founded Scruples over 30 years ago after winning the Provincial Hairstyling competition in Alberta.
Through the years, Debbie has continued to enhance her expertise with continuing education at some of the most exclusive and reputable salons in Canada, the US and UK. Debbie is considered an advanced expert in all aspects as a stylist. Her relaxed and confident approach is appreciated by all staff and multi-generational clientele.
